Our teachings stem from classical yoga and we are certified practitioners influenced as much by the Buddhist philosophy as by any kind-loving philosophy.
Our practice is based on helping the soma and mind un-learn and move closer to our natural self.
Our priority is the alignment of the body’s systems through safely guided and accessible Yoga sessions with Asana adjustments. Even though we keep and teach the philosophy of the Teachings, we also believe that it is of great importance to remember the inherent simplicity of the practice of Yoga (Still-flowing yoga).
